HANDS DOWN one of the best children’s books I have owned. Not only does it have a great flow and catchy rhymes, but it taught my kids (and myself) more about the nutritional value of vitamins and has helped to get both my 2 year old girl and my 11 year old more excited about eating healthier! If you are looking for a fun way to teach your little ones about nutrition and get them excited about eating healthier, this is the book for you!!

Not only does it give the essential information about the importance of vitamins and healthy foods but shows it in a fun, entertaining way and with beautiful illustrations. I bought the book for my little nephew but read it myself first and absolutely loved it. Will definitely buy more for friends with kids!

Go Vitamins is amazing! This book has been a fun and effective resource for my 4 year old to learn about healthy foods. He loves to read it before bed time and makes regular references to the book during meal times! Hope to see more books like this one in the future!
